First National Bank Expands Investment Real Estate Presence in Pittsburgh

Pittsburgh, PA – October 21, 2010
– First National Bank of Pennsylvania announced the recent hiring of Jon D. Mauro as Assistant Vice President in Investment Real Estate in the Pittsburgh Market. Most recently, Mauro served as a Commercial Real Estate Broker for Grubb & Ellis Company in Pittsburgh. His prior experience also includes due diligence underwriting for commercial mortgage backed securities while working for Pittsburgh based CreditVest.Inc. In his new role with First National Bank, Mauro will develop and manage commercial real estate relationships with local and regional developers and investors. He will report to Robert Powderly, Senior Vice President in Investment Real Estate.

A graduate of Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, PA, Mauro earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration and was a First Team All Conference member of the varsity football team. He also graduated with a Masters of Business Administration from the Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh.

Mauro is a member of the Commercial Real Estate Development Association, NAIOP. He resides in Pittsburgh, PA, with his wife, Elizabeth, and their two children, Kendall and Rowan.
