First National Bank Affiliate Names New Senior Vice President
Yanuzzi Leads Sales Efforts for F.N.B. Commercial Leasing

Pittston, PA – April 7, 2011 – F.N.B. Commercial Leasing, an affiliate of First National Bank of Pennsylvania, has announced the recent promotion of Donna Yanuzzi to Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing Manager. In this role, Yanuzzi will manage the sales force for the vendor equipment lease finance portfolio throughout Pennsylvania and Northeastern Ohio. She reports to Gary P. Cook, President of F.N.B. Commercial Leasing.

Yanuzzi joined F.N.B. Commercial Leasing in 1997, and she has previously served as Marketing Manager and Vice President of Lease Sales. She is a graduate of Bloomsburg State University where she earned her Bachelors Degree in Communications and Public Relations.

Yanuzzi is a member of the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association as well as the Wilkes Barre Chamber of Commerce. She is also a past recipient of the Sunbank Commercial Lender of the Year Award. She resides in Pittston with her husband Michael.
