First National Bank Adds Commercial Lender in State College
Lamb Hired as Senior Vice President of Commercial Banking

State College, PA – April 11, 2011 – First National Bank of Pennsylvania, the largest subsidiary of F.N.B. Corporation (NYSE : FNB) has announced the recent hiring of Scott R. Lamb as Senior Vice President and Commercial Banking Relationship Manager. In this role, he will be responsible for developing new business as well as maintaining an existing portfolio for small to middle market companies in the State College area. He will report to Bill Joseph, Senior Vice President and Commercial Banking Regional Manager.

Most recently, Lamb served as Vice President and Commercial Banker for Nittany Bank. He earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Columbia Union College, and he is a Leadership Centre County graduate.

Lamb maintains a high level of community involvement. He is co-chairing the 2011 Campaign for the Centre County United Way, an organization he also serves as board member and treasurer. He is a member of the State College Toastmasters and a previous member of the State College Rotary Club. He resides in State College with his wife Martha and their two children.
