First National Bank Promotes Business Bankers in Pittsburgh Region
Licastro, Olsavsky and Savena Named as Vice Presidents

Pittsburgh, PA – April 25, 2011 – First National Bank of Pennsylvania, the largest subsidiary of F.N.B. Corporation (NYSE : FNB), has announced the recent promotions of three Business Bankers in the Bank’s Pittsburgh Region. The promotions highlight First National Bank’s continued commitment to its Business Banking presence in the Pittsburgh area, with specific emphasis on the growth and management of small to middle market companies.

Ted Licastro, Esq., was recently named Vice President of Business Banking. In this role, he is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with small to middle market businesses in western Pennsylvania. Prior to joining First National Bank in 2006, he served as Vice President of Operations for a national staffing company and as a Director with a large, Pittsburgh-based law firm. In 2010, he was recognized as First National Bank’s Business Banker of the Year. Licastro earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Penn State University and a Juris Doctor Degree from the George Washington University Law School. He reports to Bruce Austin, Senior Vice President of Metro Business Banking in the Bank’s Pittsburgh Region.
 
Christine Olsavsky has been promoted to Vice President of Business Banking. In this role, she is responsible for growing and maintaining a portfolio of loans for middle market companies in the Pittsburgh region. Prior to joining First National Bank, Olsavsky served as a Credit Analyst and Business Banker for National City Bank. She earned her Masters of Business Administration Degree from Duquesne University and her Bachelors Degree from Penn State University. She reports to Karen Joyce, Senior Vice President and Business Banking Team Leader.

Christopher Savena has been promoted to Vice President of Business Banking. In this role, he develops and manages a deposit and loan portfolio of small business and middle market clients. Prior to joining First National Bank in 2008, Savena served as a Business Banker with Citizens Bank, and previously in Merchant Banking with PNC Bank. He earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics from Penn State University. Savena currently serves as a volunteer mentor with Entrepreneuring Youth in the Pittsburgh area. He reports to Business Banking Team Leader Karen Joyce.
