First National Bank Announces New Branch Manager in Pittsburgh
Manges Named to Manage Castle Shannon Office

Pittsburgh, PA –April 25, 2011 – First National Bank of Pennsylvania, the largest subsidiary of F.N.B. Corporation (NYSE : FNB), has announced the recent hiring of Ronald Manges as Branch Manager of the Bank’s Castle Shannon Office in Pittsburgh. Manges will be responsible for all aspects of branch administration, including expansion of deposit accounts and loan portfolios. He will report to Ronald Giulianelli Market Manager in the Bank’s Pittsburgh Region.

Manges joins First National Bank with more than 18 years of financial experience. Most recently, he served as a training consultant for the PNC/National City Bank merger. Previously, he served as the CRM Education Manager with Northwest Savings Bank, and as a Branch Manager for National City Bank and Mellon Bank in Pittsburgh..

Manges earned his Masters Degree from Carlow University in Pittsburgh, PA, and his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He is a current member of the Mount Lebanon Chapter of Rotary International. Previously he served as Financial Director for the Red Cross in Warren, PA.
