First National Bank Hires Selinsgrove Manager

Selinsgrove, PA – December 1, 2011 – First National Bank of Pennsylvania, the largest subsidiary of F.N.B. Corporation (NYSE: FNB), announced the recent hiring of Sue Gilbert as Branch Manager for the Bank’s Selinsgrove Office. In this role, Gilbert will be responsible for branch operations and sales efforts including the development of new business and customer service efforts. She will report to Diane Alderson, Market Manager with oversight of the operation of branches in Snyder, Union, Northumberland, Schuykill, Dauphin, Cumberland, York and Berks counties.

Gilbert has more than 30 years of industry experience, serving most recently as Mortgage Lender and Branch Manager for Swineford National Bank in Lewisburg, PA. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Finance from Shippensburg University and has completed professional banking courses with both the American Bankers Association and the Pennsylvania Bankers Association.

Currently, Gilbert serves as a member of the board of directors for the Union County Affordable Housing Association. She is also a past board member and treasurer for Big Brothers & Big Sisters and past board member, president, vice president of education and instructor for the American Institute of Banking. She resides in Selinsgrove.
