First National Bank Hires Branch Manager
Welsch Appointed Branch Manager at Forest City Office

Scranton, PA – July 15, 2011 – First National Bank of Pennsylvania, the largest subsidiary of F.N.B. Corporation (NYSE: FNB), has announced the recent hiring of Terese Welsch as Branch Manager at the Forest City Office. In this role, she will oversee branch operations, lending and customer sales and service, as well the development of new client relationships. She will report to Sandy Walker, Market Manager for branches in Luzerne, Lackawanna, Monroe, Susquehanna, Wayne and Wyoming counties.

Prior to joining First National Bank, Welsch served as the Assistant Branch Manager at the Clarks Summit Office of First Liberty Bank & Trust. She is a member of the Abington Business and Professional Association, the Scranton Chamber of Commerce and the Carbondale Chamber of Commerce.

Welsch resides in Jessup, PA, with her husband James and their two sons.
