First National Bank Promotes Mortgage Production Manager
Young Named Vice President

Hermitage, PA – July 15, 2011 – First National Bank of Pennsylvania, the largest subsidiary of F.N.B. Corporation (NYSE: FNB), has announced the recent promotion of Debbie Young to Vice President, Mortgage Production Manager. In this role, she will oversee a range of mortgage administration functions including residential loan processing, underwriting, secondary market, closing, post closing, construction administration and systems. She reports to Rhoan Hernandez, Senior Vice President, Real Estate Services Manager.

Young has more than twenty years of experience with First National Bank, serving in a variety of roles. Most recently, she served as Mortgage Administration Manager. She is a certified FHA Direct Endorsement Underwriter and a Member of the National Association of Mortgage Processors.
