First National Bank Promotes Zerbe to Vice President
Crawford County Commercial Banker Promoted

Meadville, PA – June 14, 2011 – First National Bank, the largest subsidiary of F.N.B. Corporation (NYSE : FNB), has announced the recent promotion of Christopher Zerbe to Vice President of Commercial Banking in the Bank’s Northwest Region. In this role, he will be responsible for managing an existing portfolio as well as developing new commercial business. He reports to Jim Kirk, Senior Vice President and Commercial Banking Regional Manager.

Most recently, Zerbe served as Assistant Vice President and Commercial Banking Relationship Manager for First National Bank. He earned a Masters of Business Administration Degree and a Bachelor of Science Degree from Clarion University in Clarion, PA. He also graduated with highest honors from the Pennsylvania Bankers Association Commercial Banking School in 2010.

Zerbe is active in the community, serving as a member of both the loan committee and the KIZ Board of the Northwest Pennsylvania Regional Planning Commission in Oil City, PA. He is a recent appointee to the Government Relations Lending Committee of the Pennsylvania Bankers Association. He resides in Oil City with his wife Kate and their two children.
