First National Bank Promotes Erie Market Manager
Samuels Named Vice President

Erie, PA – June 28, 2011 – First National Bank of Pennsylvania, the largest subsidiary of F.N.B. Corporation (NYSE : FNB), has announced the recent promotion of Market Manager Alison A. Samuels to Vice President in the Bank’s Northwest Region. She will oversee the sales, service and operations of nine branch offices throughout Erie County. She reports to Tom Wedzik, Regional Banking Executive.

Samuels has more than a decade of service with First National Bank, serving in a variety of roles within Treasury Management, Human Resources and branch management. Previously, she served in a sales and service management capacity with Gap, Inc. She earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Penn State University.

Samuels currently serves on the Campaign Cabinet for the United Way of Erie County, and she is a past member of the Board of Trustees for the Montessori Regional Charter School. She resides in Erie with her son, Andrew.
