First National Bank Promotes Harrisburg Business Banker
Christopher Healy Promoted to Vice President

Harrisburg, PA – June 30, 2011 – First National Bank, the largest subsidiary of F.N.B. Corporation (NYSE : FNB), has announced the recent promotion of Christopher S. Healy to Vice President, Business Banking. In this role, he is responsible for managing an existing portfolio as well as developing new business relationships. He reports to Betsy Baker, Commercial Banking Team Leader for the Bank’s Capital Region.

Most recently, Healy served as Assistant Vice President, Business Banking for First National Bank. Previously, he served as Branch Manager for M&T Bank, also in Harrisburg. He earned a Bachelor Degree from Penn State University and graduated with high honors from the Pennsylvania Bankers Association Commercial Banking School.

Healy remains active in the community, serving as President of the Board of Directors for the Londonderry School in Harrisburg, as well as President-Elect for the Susquehanna Township Rotary. He is also Treasurer of Community Health Charities of Pennsylvania. He resides in Harrisburg with his wife Hollis and their three children.
