First National Bank Hires Branch Manager in Pittsburgh
Harr Named Branch Manager at Latrobe Office

Pittsburgh, PA – June 9, 2011 – First National Bank, the largest subsidiary of F.N.B. Corporation (NYSE : FNB), has announced the recent hiring of Kelly Harr as Branch Manager for the Bank’s Latrobe Office in Westmoreland County. Harr will be responsible for developing new business and maintaining current accounts, in addition to branch sales and operations. She will report to Market Manager Judith Miller.

Prior to joining First National Bank, Harr served as Assistant Manager for First Commonwealth Bank’s Greensburg office. She is a member of the Latrobe Chamber of Commerce.
