First National Bank Hires Commercial Banking Team Leader in Pittsburgh

Pittsburgh, PA – November 1, 2011 – First National Bank of Pennsylvania, the largest subsidiary of F.N.B. Corporation (NYSE: FNB), has announced the recent hiring of Monica Robinson as Vice President and Commercial Banking Team Leader for the Bank’s Metro Business Banking unit in Pittsburgh. She will be based in Monroeville and will be responsible for developing and managing new relationships for small to middle market companies throughout the greater Pittsburgh area. She will report to Bruce Austin, Senior Vice President and Business Banking Manager.

Robinson joins First National Bank with more than 25 years of commercial banking experience. Most recently, she served for 14 years as Vice President and Commercial Banker for S&T Bank in Plum, PA. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh, and she is also a graduate of the Stonier Graduate School of Banking.

Robinson remains active in the community, serving as a member and past chairman of the Monroeville Area Chamber of Commerce, treasurer of the Western Pennsylvania Association of SBA Guaranteed Lenders and member of the Small Manufacturers Council. She also volunteers her time for the Compeer/Plea Program.

She resides in Plum with her husband Carl.
