First National Bank Hires Manager for Seven Fields Office

Pittsburgh, PA – November 28, 2011 – First National Bank of Pennsylvania, the largest subsidiary of F.N.B. Corporation (NYSE: FNB), has announced the recent hiring of Carol Shreffler at the Bank’s Seven Fields Office. In this role, Shreffler will be responsible for branch operations and sales efforts including the development of new business and customer service efforts. She will report to Linda Leonhardt, Market Manager with oversight of branch operations for 15 branches in Allegheny, Butler and Westmoreland Counties.

Prior to joining First National Bank, Shreffler served as Business Client Manager and Branch Manager for Huntington Bank in Cranberry Township. Previously, she served as a Branch Manager for PNC Bank in Adams Township.

Shreffler earned a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from Clarion University. She is a current member of the Cranberry Chamber of Commerce. She currently resides in Seven Fields with her husband Michael and their son.
