First National Bank Expands Business Banking Efforts in Clarks Summit
Sohns Hired as Business Banking Officer

Clarks Summit, PA – October 20, 2011 – First National Bank of Pennsylvania, the largest subsidiary of F.N.B. Corporation (NYSE: FNB), has announced the recent hiring of Thomas Sohns as Business Banking Officer. Sohns, based in Clarks Summit, will be responsible for establishing and maintaining commercial banking relationships throughout the Bank’s 14-county Capital Region. He will report to Thomas V. Amico, Market Executive for the Bank’s Commercial Banking efforts in Schuylkill, Luzerne, Wyoming, Lackawanna, Monroe, Wayne and Susquehanna Counties.

Prior to joining First National Bank, Sohns served as a Credit Analyst for First Liberty Bank & Trust in Scranton. He earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from the University of Scranton.
