First National Bank Hires Manager for Bellefonte and Milesburg Offices

Bellefonte, PA – October 20, 2011 – First National Bank of Pennsylvania, the largest subsidiary of F.N.B. Corporation (NYSE: FNB), has announced the recent hiring of William C. Polkinghorn for the Bank’s Bellefonte and Milesburg Offices. . In this role, he will be responsible for branch operations and sales efforts including the development of new business and customer service efforts. He will report to Nick Lingenfelter, Market Manager with oversight of branch operations in Centre and Clinton Counties.

Prior to joining First National Bank, Polkinghorn most recently served as Branch Sales Manager for Sovereign Bank. He earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration from Mount Vernon Nazarene University. He currently resides in Bellefonte with his wife Lori and their two children.
