First National Bank Customers and Employees Unite in Flood Relief Efforts
More than 500 Items Donated to Red Cross for Continued Clean Up

Harrisburg, PA – October 3, 2011 – Residents across ten counties of Eastern Pennsylvania joined the employees of First National Bank of Pennsylvania in an effort to strengthen flood relief efforts across the region. In response to Red Cross requests for cleaning supplies and drinking water, First National Bank branches sponsored a three-day collection of supplies. The combined efforts resulted in the donation of more than 500 items to local Red Cross chapters earlier this week.

Lloyd Lamm, Regional Banking Executive for the Bank’s Capital Region, says this effort reflects First National Bank’s commitment as a community bank. “We live and work in these communities, and we’re touched when our customers, our neighbors, are impacted. It’s important to us to give back, and we will continue to look for ways to make a difference in the communities we serve.”
