Erie, PA – May 10, 2012 – First National Bank of Pennsylvania, the largest subsidiary of F.N.B. Corporation (NYSE: FNB), has announced the recent hiring of Ryan D. Craig as Manager of the Bank’s Airport Office located in Millcreek. In this role, Craig will manage branch operations and sales efforts including the development of new business and customer service efforts. He will report to Alison Samuels, Market Manager with oversight of branch operations for 11 branches in Erie and Crawford Counties.

Johnstown, PA – April 23, 2012 – In the first quarter of 2012, First National Bank of Pennsylvania contributed a total of $67,000 to a selection of colleges, educational foundations and academic institutions across nine counties in Central Pennsylvania. One hundred percent of the contributions, made through the Education Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) program, were donated to locally run organizations whose mission is education.
