First National Bank Expands Business Banking Efforts in Pittsburgh

Pittsburgh, PA – December 11, 2012
– First National Bank of Pennsylvania, the largest subsidiary of F.N.B. Corporation (NYSE: FNB), has announced the recent hiring of Joseph Dick Cecere as Vice President, Business Banking. In this role, he will be responsible for establishing and maintaining business banking relationships for middle market clients in the Bank’s Pittsburgh region. He will report to Christopher Trombetta, Business Banking Team Leader.

Prior to joining First National Bank, Cecere served as Vice President, Business Banking, for PNC Bank in Pittsburgh. He earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

Currently, Cecere is a member of Pittsburgh Young Professionals, Beynon Downtown Networking Group and the Golf Committee at South Hills Country Club. He is a former Executive Board Member and Chairman of the Fundraising Committee for the Center for Hearing and Deaf Services, as well as a past member of the Washington County Chamber of Commerce and former assistant varsity hockey coach at Mount Lebanon High School.

Cecere resides in Bethel Park with his wife, Mollie, and their son.
