First National Bank Announces New Manager for Branch in Tannersville

Tannersville, PA – March 1, 2013 – First National Bank of Pennsylvania, the largest subsidiary of F.N.B. Corporation (NYSE: FNB), has announced the recent hiring of Holley J. Kearns as Branch Manager of the Bank’s Office located in Tannersville. In this role, Kearns will manage branch operations and sales efforts including the development of new business and customer service efforts. She will report to Sandy Walker, Market Manager with oversight of branch operations for 13 branches in Luzerne, Monroe, Susquehanna, Lackawanna and Wyoming Counties in Pennsylvania.

Prior to joining First National Bank, Kearns worked for National Penn as a Bank Officer and Branch Manager in Stroudsburg. She earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminal Justice from Moravian College in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.

Currently, Kearns serves as Annual Auction Chair for the Stroudsburg Rotary, Vice Chair of the Stroudsburg Rotary Foundation and Treasurer for the Boy Scouts of America Pack 300. She resides in Stroudsburg with her husband, Kevin, and their son.
