First National Bank Expands Investment Real Estate Team in Pittsburgh
Jeffrey Keating Joins Experienced Team as Vice President

Pittsburgh, PA – March 1, 2013 – First National Bank of Pennsylvania, the largest subsidiary of F.N.B. Corporation (NYSE: FNB), has announced the recent hiring of Jeffrey W. Keating as Vice President, Investment Real Estate. In this role, Keating will develop and manage Investment Real Estate relationships throughout First National Bank’s Pittsburgh Region. He will report to Robert Powderly, Senior Vice President, Investment Real Estate.

Keating has over 16 years of commercial real estate experience in the Pennsylvania, New York, Ohio and West Virginia markets. Prior to joining First National Bank, he worked for Huntington Bank as a Vice President and Senior Lender in their commercial real estate lending group where he managed a portfolio in excess of $250 million. Previously, he worked in commercial mortgage banking for Capstone Realty Advisors, a National City subsidiary, and Laureate Capital, a subsidiary of BB&T.

Keating graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration. He is a licensed Real Estate Sales Agent in Pennsylvania and an active committee member for the Western PA Leukemia Lymphoma Society. He resides in Harrison City with his wife, Erin, and their three children.
