First National Bank Announces New Manager at Follansbee Office

Follansbee, WV – March 1, 2013 – First National Bank of Pennsylvania, the largest subsidiary of F.N.B. Corporation (NYSE: FNB), has announced the relocation of Nita J. Hughes to Branch Manager of the Bank’s Office located in Follansbee, West Virginia. In this role, Hughes will manage branch operations and sales efforts including the development of new business and customer service efforts. She will report to Greg Conrad, Vice President and Market Manager.

Hughes has more than 20 years of industry experience. She joined First National Bank in 2000 as Manager of the Bank’s Conneautville, PA, office. Previously, she worked for Mellon Bank in Meadville, PA. She attended Edinboro University and is expected to complete a Bachelor Degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix in 2013. She is a past board member for the Crawford County Heritage Foundation and past secretary for the Martin Luther King Scholarship Board.

Hughes resides in Weirton, West Virginia.
