First National Bank Hires Manager for Branch in Pittsburgh

Pittsburgh, PA – March 21, 2012
– First National Bank of Pennsylvania, the largest subsidiary of F.N.B. Corporation (NYSE: FNB), has announced the recent hiring of David J. Paulina Jr. as Branch Manager of the Bank’s Office located on Greentree Road in Pittsburgh. In this role, Paulina will manage branch operations and sales efforts including the development of new business and customer service efforts. He will report to Ronald Giulianelli, Senior Vice President and Market Manager with oversight of branch operations for 17 branches in Allegheny and Washington Counties in Pennsylvania.

Prior to joining First National Bank, Paulina worked for PNC Bank as a Business Banker in Dormont, PA. He serves as a character coach with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes in Canonsburg and is an active member of the Central Assembly of God in Houston.

Paulina resides in Canonsburg with his wife, Christine, and their two children.
