First National Bank Promotes Klavon to Manager of Fox Chapel Office

Pittsburgh, PA – May 2, 2013
– First National Bank of Pennsylvania, the largest subsidiary of F.N.B. Corporation (NYSE: FNB), has announced the recent promotion of Dusty M. Klavon to Manager of the Bank’s Fox Chapel Office. In this role, Klavon will manage branch operations and sales efforts including the development of new business and customer service efforts. She will report to Linda Leonhardt, Market Manager with oversight of branch operations for 17 branches in Allegheny and Butler Counties.

Klavon has been with First National Bank at the Fox Chapel Office since 2006. She began her banking career as a Teller and advanced to Personal Banking Representative and Assistant Branch Manager before assuming her current role as Manager. She attended the University of Pittsburgh in Oakland, PA and California University in California, PA.

Klavon is active in the community, serving as Treasurer and Co-leader of the Girl Scouts of Western PA ‘s West Deer Troop as well as Cheer Coach for Deer Lake’s Youth Football, Cheer and Drill program. She resides in Pittsburgh with her husband, Charles, and their two children.
