Daugherty Joins First National Bank as Senior Vice President of Commercial Banking

Prospect, PA – August 2, 2010 -- First National Bank recently announced the hiring of Richard Daugherty as Senior Vice President and Commercial Banking Relationship Manager.  He is responsible for managing an existing portfolio of commercial clients in addition to developing new commercial relationships throughout the Northwest Region.  He is based in Prospect, PA, and reports to Commercial Banking Team Leader, John Kline.

Daugherty brings more than 20 years of commercial lending experience to his new role.  Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President of Commercial Lending for Huntington Bank, previously Sky Bank, in Butler, PA.  He is a graduate of Slippery Rock University where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Finance.  He is also a graduate of the ABA School of Commercial Banking at the University of Oklahoma in Norman, OK.

Daugherty is a current Board Member for Lawrence County Social Services and United Community Services, both in New Castle, PA.  He is a past board member for the Slippery Rock Alumni Association.  He and his wife, Robin, reside in Butler, PA.  They are the parents of three children, Wyatt, Sydney and Bryanna.
