First National Bank Announces Hiring of New Manager in State College
VanAmburg Named Branch Manager for Allen Street Branch

State College, PA – August 4, 2010 – First National Bank of Pennsylvania announced the recent hiring of James VanAmburg as Branch Manager for the Allen Street Branch and Drive Thru locations in State College, PA.  Prior to joining First National Bank, VanAmburg was a Manager for Northwest Savings Bank in State College, PA.  He also served as Loan Officer for Corning Credit Union, also in State College.  He reports to Market Manager, Nick Lingenfelter.

VanAmburg is a graduate of Corning Community College in Corning, New York, and a 2010 graduate of the Leadership Centre County Program.

VanAmburg is active in the local community, and he serves on the Board of Directors for both the Meals on Wheels program in State College and the Centre Hall Library in Centre Hall, PA.  He and his wife, Katy, reside in Centre Hall with their daughters, Ava and Emma.
