Frank Hannah Named Senior Vice President of Compliance for First National Bank

Hermitage, PA –July 9, 2010--  First National Bank recently announced the promotion of Frank Hannah, Corporate Compliance Officer, to Senior Vice HannahPresident.  Hannah joined the Company in 2004 as Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Officer.  In 2007, he assumed the role of Corporate Compliance Officer with regulatory compliance oversight of all company subsidiaries and a specific focus on Anti-Money Laundering, Identity Theft Detection and Prevention, Consumer Protection, Fair Lending and Community Reinvestment Act Compliance.  He reports to Tom Whitesel, Director of Risk Management.

Prior to joining First National Bank of Pennsylvania, Hannah served as AML Officer and Compliance Coordinator for First National Bank of Florida.  He also served with the Florida Department of Children and Families in various leadership roles related to public assistance case audits and Food Stamp and Medicaid Fraud investigations.  He graduated with Honors from the University of Florida with a Bachelors Degree in Criminology.  In addition, he earned the designation as Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist in 2003, and he served as a speaker at the BAI Regulatory Conference in 2005.  He is a current member of the American Bankers Association’s Overdraft Protection Task Force.

Hannah is a member of the Multimedia Team for Grace Chapel Community Church in Hermitage, PA.  He and his wife, Carrie, reside in Hermitage, PA.  They are the parents of three sons, Cory, Cody and Dakota.
