First National Bank Promotes Erie Private Banker
Bracken Named Vice President

Erie, PA – April 25, 2011 – First National Bank of Pennsylvania, the largest subsidiary of F.N.B. Corporation (NYSE : FNB), has announced the recent promotion of Timothy Bracken to Vice President and Private Banker in Erie. In this role, he develops and delivers highly personalized solutions to meet the needs of his clients in the areas of deposits, loans, wealth management, insurance and cash management. He reports to David Yates, Senior Vice President and Private Banking Group Manager.

Bracken joined First National Bank in 1999, serving as Business Development Officer and Branch Manager before moving into his current role as a Private Banker. Previously, he served as a Small Business Banker with PNC Bank.

Bracken earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from Washington and Jefferson College. He is active in the community, serving currently as a Board Member of the Meadville Rotary Club, Wesbury United Methodist Community, the Economic Progress Alliance and the Laurel Technical Institute. He is also a Committee Member for the Meadville-Western Crawford County Chamber of Commerce. Bracken and his wife, Mary, live in Conneaut Lake with their daughter.
