First National Bank Promotes Business Development Officer in Northeast Ohio
Stevens Named as Vice President

Boardman, OH – August 2, 2011 – First National Bank of Pennsylvania, the largest subsidiary of F.N.B. Corporation (NYSE: FNB), has announced the recent promotion of Richard C. Stevens, Business Development Officer, to Vice President. Stevens, based in Boardman, Ohio, serves Mahoning, Trumbull, Geauga and Lake Counties. He maintains a focus on developing new small business relationships, servicing existing business relationships, and enhancing First National Bank’s visibility in the community. He reports to Paul Puleo, Senior Vice President, Small Business Banking.

Prior to joining First National Bank, Stevens served as Vice President and Regional Manager for both Charter One and Bank One. Previously, he served as Regional Manager for IBM Corporation. He is a graduate of Youngstown State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.

Stevens currently serves as a Board Member for the Second Harvest Food Bank in Youngstown, as well as Chair of the Finance Committee. He is a past Training Chairman and Campaign Cabinet Member for the Youngstown United Way as well as a member of the Finance Committee for St. Paul the Apostle and a member of the Youngstown State University Alumni Association.

Stevens resides with his wife, Barb, in Poland, Ohio. They are the parents of two daughters.
