First National Bank Promotes Meadville Branch Manager
Welker Named Vice President

Meadville, PA – August 5, 2011 – First National Bank of Pennsylvania, the largest subsidiary of F.N.B. Corporation (NYSE: FNB), has announced the recent promotion of Tamara L. Welker to Vice President. Welker is Branch Manager at the Bank’s Meadville Office, where she manages new business development, daily operations, sales efforts and the branch’s delivery of quality customer service. She reports to Connie Dainty, Market Manager for the Bank’s Northwest Region.

Welker has nearly ten years of experience as a Branch Manager with First National Bank, serving at both the Cochranton and Sheakleyville offices prior to her role at the Meadville office. Prior to joining First National Bank, she served as a sales representative at PNC Bank in Meadville.

Welker attended Cochranton High School and is a graduate of the Pennsylvania Banker’s Association Advanced School of Banking. She remains active in the community, serving as a member of the Meadville Rotary, a member of the Board of Directors and the Allocations Committee for the Meadville United Way, and a member of the Women’s Seminar Committee for the Meadville Chamber of Commerce. She is also the past treasurer for both the Cochranton Area Business Association and the Salvation Army in Cochranton.

Welker resides in Cochranton with her husband Scott, and they are the parents of two children.
