First National Bank Promotes Business Development Officer in Pittsburgh
Raynolds Named as Vice President

Pittsburgh, PA – August 9, 2011 – First National Bank of Pennsylvania, the largest subsidiary of F.N.B. Corporation (NYSE: FNB), has announced the recent promotion of Randall Raynolds, Business Development Officer in Pittsburgh, to Vice President. Raynolds maintains a focus on developing new small business relationships, servicing existing business relationships, and enhancing First National Bank’s visibility in the community. He reports to Paul Puleo, Senior Vice President, Small Business Banking.

Raynolds joined First National Bank in 2007. Previously, he served as Vice President, Community Banking Officer for Huntington National Bank. Prior to that, he served as a Business Banker for National City Bank and Citizens Bank, both in Pittsburgh.

Raynolds earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from West Virginia University in Morgantown. WV. He currently services as President of the Professional Referral Exchange, Triangle Chapter. He also serves as a PIAA football referee for the ACMFL Youth Football League, which serves the inner city youth of Pittsburgh.
