First National Bank Announces Retirement of Market Manager
Trivelpiece Retires after 40 Years in Community Banking

Bedford, PA – February 10, 2011 – After 40 years of employment with First National Bank of Pennsylvania, Linda Trivelpiece has retired from her role as Vice President and Market Manager. As Market Manager, she was responsible for overseeing branch sales and service programs, assisting in outside calling efforts and providing support to the five First National Bank branches in Bedford County.

Linda Trivelpiece began her banking career with First National Bank in 1971 as a bookkeeper. Through the years, she received several promotions and served in a variety of roles including Branch Manager at First National Bank’s Bedford Office. She filled her most recent role as Market Manager for the past seven years.

Throughout her career, Trivelpiece remained active in a variety of community roles including Board Member and Past President for the Bedford City Chamber of Commerce and Board Member for Downtown Bedford Inc. During her tenure with First National Bank, she was honored with the Sam Walton Business Leader Award for symbolizing the core beliefs attributed to Sam Walton, founder of Walmart, including dedication to customer service, respect for employees and community activism.
