First National Bank Expands Asset Based Lending Team
Sullivan Serves Ohio Commercial Banking Market

Cleveland, OH – September 13, 2011 – First National Bank, the largest subsidiary of F.N.B. Corporation (NYSE: FNB), has announced the recent hiring of Barry K. Sullivan as Senior Vice President, Asset Based Lending. In this role, he will be responsible for developing new business in Ohio for the Bank’s Asset Based Lending Division. He will report to Ronald Donatelli, Managing Director, Asset Based Lending and Capital Markets.

Prior to joining First National Bank, Sullivan served as Senior Regional Director for Huntington National Bank in Cleveland where he was responsible for new business development. He earned a Master of Business Administration Degree from Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Finance from Cleveland State University.

Currently, Sullivan serves as a board member for the Commercial Finance Association in Cleveland. Previously, he served as President of the Turnaround Management Association, also in Cleveland. He and his wife, Cindy, reside in Mentor, Ohio. They are the parents of three children.
