First National Bank Promotes Commercial Relationship Manager in Erie

Erie, PA – August 20, 2012
– First National Bank of Pennsylvania, the largest subsidiary of F.N.B. Corporation (NYSE: FNB), has announced the recent promotion of Anita Kuchcinski, Commercial Banking Relationship Manager to Assistant Vice President. In this role, Kuchcinski will continue to develop new portfolio opportunities and maintain an existing portfolio of clients in Erie County. She reports to Senior Vice President and Commercial Banking Team Leader, Jeff Tebaldi.

Kuchcinski joined First National Bank in 2003. Prior to her current role, she served as Commercial Banking Officer for the Business Banking Unit, as well as Branch Manager for the Bank’s Airport Office in Erie. She earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and Entrepreneurial Studies, as well as an MBA, both from Seton Hill University in Greensburg, PA. She is also a 2011 graduate of the Pennsylvania Bankers Association’s Commercial Lending School.

Kuchcinski serves as a board member for Junior Achievement, and she is a member of both Erie Ambassador and the Women’s Round Table in Erie. She resides in Erie with her husband, Jeff.
