First National Bank Hires Branch Manager in New Castle
Billyk to Manage First National Bank’s Laurel Branch

New Castle, PA – August 27, 2012 – First National Bank of Pennsylvania, the largest subsidiary of F.N.B. Corporation (NYSE: FNB), has announced the recent hiring of Meagan B. Billyk as Manager of the Bank’s Laurel Office in New Castle. In this role, Billyk will manage branch operations and sales efforts including the development of new business and customer service efforts. She will report to Alberta Fusselman, Market Manager with oversight of branch operations for 15 branches in Lawrence and surrounding counties.

Billyk has more than a decade of industry experience, serving as Investment Representative and Branch Manager for Huntington Bank in Youngstown, Ohio and New Castle, respectively. She also holds PA Life and Health Insurance licenses.

Billyk resides in New Castle with her husband, Jacob, and their two sons.
