First National Bank Adds New Market Manager
Gibson to Provide Oversight of Branches in Somerset and Westmoreland Counties

Somerset, PA – December 6, 2012 – First National Bank of Pennsylvania, the largest subsidiary of F.N.B. Corporation (NYSE: FNB), has announced the recent hiring of Donna Gibson as Vice President and Market Manager. In this role, Gibson will provide oversight of sales and operations for nine branches located in Somerset and Westmoreland Counties. She will report to Alan Bicker, Regional Banking Executive for the Bank’s Pittsburgh Region.

Gibson joins First National Bank with more than 20 years of industry experience. Most recently, she served as Vice President and District Sales Manager for Huntington National Bank’s Pittsburgh Region. Previously, she served as District Sales Manager of the Pittsburgh Region for Sky Bank. She is a graduate of Johnstown’s Community Leadership Program and is certified in Human Resources Studies from the School of Industrial and Labor Relations at Cornell University.

A recipient of the Athena Women’s Leadership Award, Gibson has provided active community leadership as a member of the Cambria County Chamber of Commerce. She also served as a board member for both the American Red Cross and Bottle Works in Cambria City.
