First National Bank Expands Metro Business Banking Unit in Pittsburgh
Peyronel Joins Experienced Business Banking Team

Pittsburgh, PA – February 28, 2012 – First National Bank of Pennsylvania, the largest subsidiary of F.N.B. Corporation (NYSE: FNB), has announced the recent hiring of John A. Peyronel as Assistant Vice President, Metro Business Banker. In this role, Peyronel will develop and manage commercial relationships for small to middle market companies throughout Allegheny, Westmoreland and Armstrong Counties. He will report to Monica Robinson, Team Leader, Metro Business Banking.

Peyronel has more than a decade of business banking experience. Prior to joining First National Bank, he served as Assistant Vice President, Business Banking Officer for Huntington Bank in Pittsburgh, and previously as Business Banking Officer for First Commonwealth Bank in Natrona Heights, PA. He earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from California University of Pennsylvania.

Peyronel is a past board member of the Strongland Chamber of Commerce in Leechburg, PA, as well as the Natrona Heights Rotary. He resides in Lower Burrell, PA with his wife Jodie and their son.
