First National Bank Promotes Pittsburgh Corporate Banker
Kowalski Named to Vice President

Pittsburgh, PA – February 9, 2012 – First National Bank of Pennsylvania, the largest subsidiary of F.N.B. Corporation (NYSE: FNB), has announced the recent promotion of Jonathan D. Kowalski, Corporate Banking Relationship Manager, to Vice President. In this role, Kowalski will continue to develop new business relationships and service existing corporate client relationships throughout Allegheny County and the eight surrounding counties comprising the Bank’s Pittsburgh Region. He reports to Anthony M. Marfisi, Senior Vice President, Corporate Banking Manager.

Kowalski joined First National Bank in 2005 as a Business Banking Relationship Manager, servicing clients in the Pittsburgh area. Previously, he served as a Credit Analyst for Northside Bank, also in Pittsburgh. He graduated from Allegheny College in Meadville, PA, with a Bachelor Degree in Economics.

Currently, Kowalski serves on the American Heart Association’s Young Leadership Committee and is a Team Leader for the American Heart Association’s Pittsburgh Heart Walk. He is also a member of the Risk Management Association and contributes his time to various other charities.
