First National Bank Announces Manager for New Shadyside Office

Pittsburgh, PA – January 10, 2012 - First National Bank of Pennsylvania, the largest subsidiary of F.N.B. Corporation (FNB), recently announced the hiring of Susan Milewski as Assistant Vice President, Manager for the Bank’s new Shadyside Office. In this role, Milewski will manage branch operations and sales efforts including the development of new business and customer service efforts. She will report to Ronald Giulianelli, Senior Vice President and Market Manager with oversight of 17 branches in Pittsburgh’s downtown and South Hills area, as well as in Washington County.

A Pittsburgh native, Milewski has more than 30 years of banking experience. Most recently, she served as Manager for First Commonwealth Bank. Previously, she held branch management positions for PNC Bank, National City Bank and Integra Bank, all in Pittsburgh. She is currently a member of the Shadyside Chamber of Commerce and the Pittsburgh East Rotary Club. Previously, she served as a Director for the Allegheny Valley Chamber of Commerce and a member of The Chamber in Cranberry, PA.

The new Shadyside Office opened on January 3, 2012. Later this month, First National Bank will open another new office in Sewickley. Both the Sewickley and Shadyside Offices will compliment the convenience of First National Bank’s expanding Pittsburgh branch network. Upon completion of First National Bank’s merger with Parkvale Bank in February 2012, First National Bank will have more than 260 locations throughout Pennsylvania, Eastern Ohio and West Virginia. First National Bank is the fourth-largest Pennsylvania-headquartered bank.

The Shadyside branch is located at the intersection of Aiken Avenue and Walnut Street, in the heart of the Shadyside retail district. In addition to providing a full range of traditional banking services, the branch will also serve the needs of wealth management and private banking clientele. The 1,000 square foot location, situated at 800 South Aiken Avenue, offers convenient walk up ATM service and off-street parking. Local residents are invited to stop by the new Shadyside branch to meet the local staff and to enjoy Grand Opening activities planned for January 30 through February 4.
