First National Bank Announces Hollidaysburg Promotion
Business Development Officer Promoted to Assistant Vice President

Hollidaysburg, PA – January 12, 2012 – First National Bank of Pennsylvania, the largest subsidiary of F.N.B. Corporation (NYSE: FNB), has announced the recent promotion of Richard Lasek, Assistant Vice President and Business Development Officer. Based in Hollidaysburg, Lasek is responsible for establishing and maintaining business banking relationships throughout Blair County. He reports to Paul Puleo, Senior Vice President, Small Business Banking.

Lasek joined First National Bank in 2007 as a Credit Analyst prior to assuming his current role as a Business Development Officer. He earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics from Allegheny College in Meadville, PA.

Lasek maintains an active role in the community, serving as Township Supervisor for Blair Township in Duncansville, PA, as well as a member of the Grant Review Committee for the United Way of Altoona and the Business Opportunity Committee for the Blair Chamber of Commerce. He also participates in the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life in Huntingdon, PA. He resides in Duncansville, PA, with his wife Jill and their daughter.
