First National Bank Expands Business Banking Efforts in Pittsburgh

Pittsburgh, PA – January 12, 2012
– First National Bank of Pennsylvania, the largest subsidiary of F.N.B. Corporation (NYSE: FNB), has announced the recent hiring of Jill M. Burgman as Vice President, Metro Business Banking. In this role, she will develop and manage commercial relationships for small to middle market companies throughout Southwestern Pennsylvania. She reports to Monica Robinson, Team Leader, Metro Business Banking.

Burgman joins First National Bank with more than 30 years of industry experience with Citizen’s Bank, previously Mellon Bank, in Monroeville. She is currently a board member for both the Monroeville Area Chamber of Commerce and the Monroeville Foundation.
