First National Bank Promotes Pittsburgh Market Manager
Giulianelli Named as Senior Vice President

Pittsburgh, PA – January 5, 2012 – First National Bank of Pennsylvania, the largest subsidiary of F.N.B. Corporation (NYSE: FNB), has announced the recent promotion of Ronald Giulianelli, Market Manager, to Senior Vice President. As Market Manager, Giulianelli provides oversight of sales and operations for 17 branches located in Pittsburgh’s downtown and South Hills area, as well as in Washington County. He reports to Alan Bicker, Regional Banking Executive.

Giulianelli, a Pittsburgh native, has more than 20 years of industry experience. Prior to joining First National Bank in 2000, he served as Vice President for PNC Bank in Pittsburgh. He earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from Indiana University in Indiana, PA.

Currently, Giulianelli serves as a member of the Speakers Bureau for the Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank as well as the Southside Chamber of Commerce. He is also a board member for Central Catholic Crew Club and past athletic director for the Word of God Catholic School in Pittsburgh, PA. He resides in McMurray, PA, with his wife Lauren and their two children.
