First National Bank Hires Manager for Huntingdon Offices

Huntingdon, PA – June 25, 2012
– First National Bank of Pennsylvania, the largest subsidiary of F.N.B. Corporation (NYSE: FNB), has announced the recent hiring of Nancy Zanylo as Branch Manager of the Bank’s Huntingdon and 14th Street Offices in Huntingdon, PA. In this role, Zanylo will manage branch operations and sales efforts including the development of new business and customer service efforts. She will report to Jerry Donaldson, Market Manager with oversight of 15 branches in Bedford, Huntingdon, Mifflin and Juniata Counties.

Zanylo has more than 30 years of industry experience. Prior to joining First National Bank, she served as Branch Manager for Citizens Bank in Tyrone, PA.
