First National Bank Hires Manager for Sewickley Office Pittsburgh, PA – March 14, 2012
– First National Bank of Pennsylvania, the largest subsidiary of F.N.B. Corporation (NYSE: FNB), has announced the recent hiring of Gerard J. (Gerry) Gloekler as Assistant Vice President, Manager of the Bank’s new branch in Sewickley Borough. In this role, Gloekler will manage branch operations and sales efforts including the development of new business and customer service efforts. He will report to Linda Leonhardt, Senior Vice President, Market Manager with oversight of branch operations for 16 branches in Allegheny, Butler and Westmoreland Counties.
Prior to joining First National Bank, Gloekler served as Assistant Vice President and Manager for Huntington Bank’s Beaver and Midland Offices. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from Clarion University in Clarion, PA. Currently, he serves as President of the Beaver Area School District’s Education Foundation, as well as a member of the finance committee for Saint Peter and Paul Church in Beaver. Previously, he held several leadership positions for the Rotary Club of Beaver.
Earlier this week, First National Bank opened its 3,000 square foot branch, part of a newly constructed 10,000 square foot office building located in the downtown Sewickley Borough at 604 Beaver Street. The new full service Sewickley branch offers comprehensive wealth management and private banking services, as well as a full-service drive up kiosk and off street parking.
