First National Bank Names New Branch Manager in Tyrone, PA

Altoona, PA – March 26, 2012 – First National Bank of Pennsylvania, the largest subsidiary of F.N.B. Corporation (NYSE : FNB) named Kelly Freet as Branch Manager for its Tyrone, PA branch, located at 1402 Logan Avenue. Freet formerly served as Assistant Branch Manager at the Plank Road branch as well as a teller at that same location. She reports to Steve Mitchell, Market Manager with oversight of branch operations in Blair County.

A graduate of Tyrone Area High School, Freet also has worked as an officer manager at First Lutheran Church in Altoona and as a senior tax advisor at H&R Block in Tyrone.

She resides in Altoona with her four children and previously served as assistant scout leader for Boy Scouts of America in Altoona.
