SPECIAL OLYMPICS ALLEGHENY COUNTY HOSTS 2012 SUMMER GAMES SATURDAY, MAY 12TH AT BALDWIN HIGH SCHOOL SOAC Welcomes First National Bank as Sponsor
- More than 450 Special Olympics athletes from 17 training sites in Allegheny County will participate in the 2012 Special Olympics Allegheny County Summer Games to be held Saturday, May 12, 2012 at Baldwin High School, located at 4653 Clairton Blvd. in Baldwin.
The games will commence on Saturday, with Opening Ceremonies beginning at
8:45 a.m., with competition to follow at 9:30 a.m. Awards will be presented throughout the day and the event will end at approximately 3:00 p.m.
Athletes will compete in athletics (track & field), bocce, golf putting, power lifting, MATPS and wheelchair events.
SOAC proudly welcomes First National Bank as the new sponsor of the Fun Fest area.
