First National Bank Expands Treasury Management Efforts in Pittsburgh
Elza Joins Experienced Treasury Management Team

Pittsburgh, PA – November 1, 2012– First National Bank of Pennsylvania, the largest subsidiary of F.N.B. Corporation (NYSE : FNB), recently announced the hiring of Tracie L. Elza as Vice President, Treasury Management Officer. Based in the Northshore, she will manage sales of the Bank’s treasury management products and services to commercial clients in the Bank’s Pittsburgh market. She will report to Mark Sullivan, Executive Vice President, Director, Treasury Management.

Elza has nearly 20 years of banking experience. Prior to joining First National Bank, she served as Treasury Management Officer for First Commonwealth Bank in Pittsburgh and Fulton Bank in Virginia Beach, Virginia. She is a graduate of the Leadership of Hampton Roads Program and the Virginia Banker’s Association School of Bank Management.
