First National Bank Promotes Market Manager
Paulukinas Promoted to Vice President

Shamokin, PA – November 1, 2012 – First National Bank of Pennsylvania, the largest subsidiary of F.N.B. Corporation (NYSE: FNB), has announced the recent promotion of Diane Paulukinas, Market Manager, to Vice President. In this role, Paulukinas provides oversight of sales and operations for 13 branches located in Berks, Cumberland, Dauphin, Northumberland, Schuylkill, Snyder, Union and York Counties. She reports to Lloyd Lamm, Regional Banking Executive for the Bank’s 15-county Capital Region.

Paulukinas has 17 years of banking experience. Prior to her role as Market Manager, she served as Branch Manager of First National Bank’s Selinsgrove Office. Previously, she served as Operations Manager for Omega Bank, a predecessor of First National Bank in Selinsgrove. She was also a Branch Manager for Sun Bank offices in both Sunbury and Selinsgrove.

A resident of Shamokin, Paulukinas graduated from the Central Atlantic School of Banking and Leadership Susquehanna Valley. She is a member of the Greater Susquehanna Valley Chamber of Commerce and the Brush Valley Chamber of Commerce, and she volunteers for the Greater Susquehanna Valley United Way.
