First National Bank Adds Business Development Officer for Ohio Valley

Wellsburg, WV – November 14, 2012 – First National Bank of Pennsylvania, the largest subsidiary of F.N.B. Corporation (NYSE: FNB), has announced the recent hiring of Melanie D. Wilharm as Business Development Officer. In this role, Wilharm will develop new small business relationships and help small business owners establish a banking relationship that maximizes cash flow and improves overall profitability. She will office in Wellsburg, West Virginia, and serve clients throughout the Ohio Valley. She will report to Paul Puleo, Senior Vice President, Small Business Banking.

Prior to joining First National Bank, Wilharm served as as Vice President of Business Development for WesBanco. She earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance with a minor in Economics from West Virginia University. She resides in Weirton with her husband, David, and their three children.
