First National Bank Adds Role to Enhance Customer Offerings
Gantz Promoted to Manage Workplace Banking and College Offerings

Hermitage, PA – November 27, 2012 – First National Bank of Pennsylvania, the largest subsidiary of F.N.B. Corporation (NYSE: FNB), has announced the recent promotion of Stephanie A. Gantz to Manager of Account Acquisition. In this role, Gantz will develop and implement initiatives to create expanded product offerings designed to meet the needs of the Bank’s college and employee audiences.

Previously, Gantz served as WorkPlace Banking Coordinator for First National Bank. Prior to joining the Bank, she conducted outside sales for Fastenal Company’s Ohio and Pennsylvania markets. She earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business from Pennsylvania State University. She is also a graduate and Outstanding Participant of Leadership Shenango, a leadership development program that prepares area professionals to serve on various community boards in the Shenango Valley.

Gantz serves as a board member for the Shenango Valley Professionals and the United Way of Mercer County and is an active volunteer for the March of Dimes in Mercer County. She resides in Hermitage with her husband, Nicholas.
